1. Strategy

  • Defined the brand’s digital positioning around minimalism + clean beauty.
  • Mapped the customer journey from discovery → education → purchase.
  • Simplified product architecture: serums, cleansers, kits, and routines.
  • Designed a conversion-focused flow with clear product hierarchy and ingredient transparency.

2. Design

  • Developed a minimal, skincare-inspired visual identity with calm neutrals and a muted accent color.
  • Built a responsive design system across typography, spacing, cards, and product modules.
  • Created high-fidelity mockups for the home page, product pages, ingredient breakdowns, and checkout.
  • Focused on clarity: large imagery, clean product cards, and intuitive mobile navigation.

3. Engineering

  • Developed the site using Next.js with a headless e-commerce backend.
  • Built custom product modules, ingredient sections, and a lightweight cart drawer.
  • Optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile-first performance.
  • Connected a simple CMS so the brand could update products, images, and campaigns without technical help.
